TEDxFoggyBottom 2020: If Not Now has been postponed until October 17, 2021.

Read below to learn about our decision to keep attendees, speakers, and partners safe.

Dear TEDxFoggyBottom Community,

Firstly, thank you so much for being part of the TEDxFoggyBottom community. Our work is most fulfilling when you are a part of it — so thank you deeply. As you are aware, the COVID-19 virus is rapidly spreading around the world and recently the D.C. metro area, posing great risk for large gatherings and conferences.

Unfortunately, we have come to the difficult decision to postpone TEDxFoggyBottom 2020: If Not Now until October 17, 2021.

Your ticket will be automatically transferred to our event in October and we will continue to keep you updated with all relevant event information as we work to finalize the details of this change during this unprecedented time.

We know that many of you have already booked travel and accommodations and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause. However, we care deeply about your health and safety, and have taken all this, as well as expert and official advice, into consideration in the decision to postpone. Our Planning Committee will continue working with our partners, speakers, and venue to ensure the utmost safety for all attendees looking forward, as that is our top priority at this time.

As always, you can always email us at contact@tedxfoggybottom.com with any questions or concerns. However, please note that our Planning Committee has been deeply impacted by the outbreak of COVID-19 in the D.C. metro area, so we ask for your patience with our response time during the next few weeks as we work through this emerging issue. We cannot thank you enough for your dedication to TEDxFoggyBottom and we hope that as conditions continue to change, you stay safe and healthy.

All the best,

TEDxFoggyBottom Team
