How do I purchase tickets for the annual TEDxFoggyBottom event?
Tickets can be purchased at tedxfoggybottom.com/tickets, as well as through team members, and are generally available January through April. Tickets are not available at the event door.
How much are tickets for the annual TEDxFoggyBottom event?
Tickets start at $20 each.
Are group discounts available?
Yes, group discounts are available. For groups of 10-19 individuals, tickets start at $16 each. For groups of more than 20 individuals, tickets start at $10 each. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to setup group sales.
Are tickets transferrable or refundable?
No, due to our venue's policies, tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable — all purchases are final. Please contact email@example.com with concerns or questions regarding your ticket.
I have a prior commitment and am unable to stay the full day.
That's okay — we recognize our attendees may have schedule conflicts throughout the day. Thus, your ticket and name badge will grant you access to the event all day for your convenience. You are welcome to come and go throughout the entire event as needed. Check-in is also available throughout the entire event directly outside the auditorium doors.
Can I come during the middle of a session?
As a courtesy to our speakers and performers, as well as to our attendees, we encourage attendees to enter and leave the auditorium during the short breaks between each Talk. Check-in will be available throughout the entire event directly outside the auditorium doors.
What is the schedule for the day?
Each year, the schedule is finalized days before the event and is subject to change at any time. For the convenience of our speakers, the schedule is available within the app on the day of the event, as well as on the schedule distributed during check-in.
I am interested in giving a TEDxFoggyBottom Talk. How do I nominate myself?
Thank you for your interest. TEDxFoggyBottom seeks the world's movers, shakers and innovators. Each year, many of our speakers, performers and presenters come to us through nominations from the public. If you know of an individual or group who should share his, her or their story on the TEDxFoggyBottom stage, you can submit a nomination at tedxfoggybottom.com/nominate. The nomination form is usually available around summer — for the latest, stay updated via social media.
